Cynthia M. Claridge is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of C2 Strategies, bringing over 24+ years of experience supporting the U.S. Department of War, the Intelligence Community, and Special Operations. A U.S. Army veteran and former intelligence professional, she has led complex operational, training, and acquisition initiatives in high-threat and globally deployed environments.

Ms. Claridge’s background spans Special Operations, intelligence analysis, operational planning, and federal contracting, with deep expertise in mission enablement, risk reduction, and strategic execution. She has advised senior military and civilian leaders and managed high-value programs supporting national security priorities.

She holds advanced degrees in Executive Leadership and Criminal Justice, along with a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Special Operations Studies, and is committed to delivering disciplined, ethical, and mission-focused solutions through C2 Strategies.
